How to claim a voucher?
- Go to "Collection" (Wallet) -- "Settings" (upper right corner)
- Click the "voucher inbox" to check all received vouchers.
- Click "Claim", the voucher will be moved from "Inbox" to "Usable".
How to redeem a voucher?
After claiming the voucher, you can check all redeemable vouchers under "Usable", they can be claimed even without an internet connection.
Click "View" to check more information, including:
- Voucher Name
You can click "Use" at the designated event offsite, enter the quantity of voucher you want to use, you can see the no. of vouchers you have at the bottom. After confirming the no. of vouchers you plan to redeem, click "continue" in the right-up corner.
Hand over the device to the voucher issuance party, they can drag the scissor icon on the screen to write it off. There will be systematic notice reminding once you've redeemed the voucher, it cannot be undone. Confirm you want to redeem the voucher, click "redeem" and you will complete the redemption of the voucher.
Things to note
- Each voucher can only be claimed once
- After the voucher is claimed, it will belong to the claimed OurSong user, and it won't be transferred even if the work is being traded afterward
- Only unclaimed vouchers can be claimed by other second-hand holders, if you would like to claim the vouchers, you are suggested to purchase the work when it's first launched.
