- Make sure you have a strong cell phone signal.
- Make sure your phone has enough space to receive new messages.
- Ensure that you don’t have any SMS filtering services which may be blocking any incoming messages.
- Double-check that SMS messaging is enabled on your phone.
If you have followed the steps above and still cannot receive SMS verification codes, please try restarting your mobile phone or delete the caches of the App. Contact us within the OurSong App or support@oursong.com if the problem remains.
