Open your OurSong App and click on "+ > Create" to start uploading. You can save your drafts any time during the creating process by clicking on "Save & Exit" at the bottom left.
How to upload your creations on OurSong?
You can start by preparing the following materials.
1. Upload Original or Remix:
Decide if you are uploading an original content or a remix based on other "remixable" creations.
2. Name and description:
Let collectors or fans know more about this creation and what they will get.
3. Category & Hashtags:
Select a category & create some hashtags for your work. This allows people to search for your work easily.
4. Main Content:
This is where you upload your digital content, it can be in any form such as music, images, videos etc. If you want to provide contents that can only be viewed by those who own your work, you can put them in "Extra". The followings are the restrictions for the file contents and formats.

5. Cover:
The visual representation or thumbnail for your creation in OurSong. You can upload this directly from the app, zoom to adjust and preview. Refer to the following specifications:

6. Number of copies (issuance):
The total number of copies that you allow the public to buy and remix. We recommend a minimum of 10.
7. Pricing:
It is recommended to set an "instant offer" for your creations. Setting a price allows your work to be available in the marketplace, which not only increases your creation's exposure rate, but the potential sales too.
8. Market Setting:
You can decide when the market is open. Before the opening hours, no one but you can enter the market and make a purchase or bid.
9. Royalty:
Royalty is currently at a fixed rate on OurSong. 10% of any secondary trading goes back to the original creator. Learn more: How does the "Royalty System" work?
10. Revenue Share:
If you have a co-creator to your work, you could add them as "collaborators", and you all will share any revenue made in this creation sales. Learn more: How do I share sales revenue with my co-creators?
11. Remix Settings:
This allows others to create a remix based on your work. You will get a percentage of remix split whenever the remix is traded first hand, second hand or more. Learn more: What is the Remix Feature?
