Yes you can! You will have to provide a registration fee of 25 OurCoin when sending a Card to someone else.
Once you've sent a Card to someone, they will have 72 hours to receive the Card before it gets returned to your collection. The registration fee of 25 OurCoin will not be returned if the Card gets returned to your collection.
