That sounds like something that shouldn't happen.
Most of the time, your payment has already been processed, but whoever processed your payment failed to send the info of your payment to OurSong. This could be solved by hitting the "Refresh" button, which you can find by clicking on "Buy OurCoin", then head to the bottom and click on "Having a problem?".
If the Refresh button doesn't do the trick, please provide the information regarding your purchase to email@example.com, and we'll figure out what's going on:
1. Your OurSong account
2. Whether you used Apple Pay or Google Play for the purchase, and your chosen payment method (Credit card, gift card, phone bill, etc...)
3. The amount of OurCoin you've purchased
4. A screenshot of your purchase history page
Click on your order and send the screenshot to us - either the order ID or document number should be sufficient for confirmation. If it's not showing up in your purchase history (which happens sometimes), a screenshot of your receipt with the order ID will do as well.
