Independent Artist Maya Kuriel has partnered up with the music NFT platform OurSong to release the Love You Now That It’s Wrong (Remix Access) NFT, a new digital collectible that grants you:

Access to the music files & some creative assets you can use for visuals.
The right to remix, make and monetize remix NFTs based on the creative assets provided on OurSong, as long as 10% of the revenue share goes back to Maya Kuriel (you keep the rest).

▎How to participate?

STEP 1. Get the Love You Now That It’s Wrong (Remix Access) NFT at $1 OSD each on OurSong.

STEP 2. Download the audio track from "Extras", which will be unlocked after getting the access NFT.

STEP 3. Remix and create your masterpiece.

Free DAWs: IOS users can use Garageband / Window users can use Soundtrap / Android users can remix with Music Makers Beat
If you have other softwares, go for it!

STEP 4. Upload your creation on OurSong with hashtag #LoveYouNowREMIX

STEP 5. Share your masterpiece with OurSong Discord community and tag us on Instagram!

Anyone with a “Love You Now That It’s Wrong” (Remix Access) NFT can join the competition!

▎What should I make?

Simply download the audio track “Love You Now That It’s Wrong” from the NFT "Extras", and create your remix masterpiece to join the event.

Do not use copyrighted materials you do not have the right to use in your remix for this competition. Any infringements will be disqualified immediately.

If you need visual elements, feel free to grab what you need in the NFT’s exclusives as well.

Just mint your creations as a Music NFT on OurSong, tag #LoveYouNowREMIX on OurSong App, and follow the rules below:

2. Royalty:

After your NFT is made available, please also share your masterpiece with your community on social and don’t forget to tag us on Instagram @oursong_official

Q1. What Blockchain / format should I release my remix in?

ANS. Your pick - it’s more your creation than ours. As long as it’s released on-chain via OurSong we’re cool with that. We have multiple chains for you to choose, some chains are even free of charge!

Q2. Can I add my own vocals / beats / creations?

ANS. You're good to go as long as you’re not infringing other people’s copyrights.

Q3. Can I sell the "Love You Now That It’s Wrong (Remix Access) NFT" after I joined the competition?

ANS. Only holders of the token are granted the right to make remixes and are eligible to monetize the remix, and you’re free to do so as many times as you want as a Love You Now That It’s Wrong (Remix Access) NFT holder. When you sell the NFT, you lose the right to perform the above actions, but you can keep selling the creations you made when you were still an owner of the NFT.

Q4. Can I join the competition as a team?

ANS. Sure. You can join as a DAO, an ETH address, a virtual artist, an AI bot… whatever suits you the most. It’s Web3. It’s what freedom tastes like.

Yeah, nothing in your license is against that as long as you’re a holder of the NFT. Go nuts.
